I actually don't know. But you bring up a valid point and I'm surely gonna ask hstaff about it one I get the chance (when I'm not on phone). Since they're basically who approve the styles and whatnot.

Sup dude, I've got a question!
The forum styles, like say, Let's Fly Together, that use edited fan art, do they have the artist's permission?
I know they're usually credited at least, which is good, but I know many artists who'd hate people editing their artwork and putting it up on websites without their permission. :P
