    Thx for the advice, I will start now. ( Maybe I should change palletes? Im currently using bulbasaurs)

    You should start by improving the outline, smoothing it out and removing any jagged bits. The face should look more distinct, and it could use more color variation and small detail... For example, you could make the spikes bone-colored, maybe put some tiger-like stripes on the legs, back and face.
