There is no point, as you really do not seem to understand what I am saying.

No, do not do that! Open the Tileset in Paint, copy and paste your new tiles over the old ones, then recolour the new tile to for the pallette! It is better than indexing, as you get control over how it is coloured.

I saved the pallet in an .act file, yes it's 16 colors Then I loaded the pallet

No, that isn't the problem (In my experience, that isn't too good). Did you recolour your tiles you wanted inserting with the colours of the Tileset? (Using the Dropper Tool in Paint, the one like the things you take Eyedrops with)

Yes I did follow a tut, maybe it's not indexed. (I don't know how to do that.)

Oh, that. OK, well, did you follow a tut? It should have worked... Did you do the "Write Pallette Changes to ROM", after editing them? I guess so.

Ok that's not what I meant, I meant the tile inserting You said I need some new tiles.

... No, not the tree pallettes! Look at the trees, there is an error in the Tile Placement! (Right at the Left hand edge of the Route!)

Oh yes the tiles, I tried inserting them they only give me a poo looking color, I
did the tile inserting a couple ways, none worked (I did save the pallet and I
    Changed the pallet colors.)

Look (in VBA) right to the left of the Route, and walk up the edge, it is in the trees.

Ok I've corrected some errors, I can't find the wrong border that you were saying about.

Right, excuses that 1. The rest, even when an Alpha, should at least look good (especially the grammar!)

Ok. Like I said ALPHA 1! the alpha ends at the cave.
