    This has happened to me before too with a house, and while I don't fully know why ifranview does that, that seems to be the reason why. My suggestion would be to just open it back up in a paint program and try your best to cut down two colors that dont get used as much as the others though.

    I love your tile inserting tutorial but when i use irfan view and turn it to 16 colors it still has 18 colors, is it because it wont have enough colors to make it look normal?
