Hey I just wanted to know how you were doing. I haven't talked to you in a while so how is your game going along?

I just work on it when I have the time/ feel like it, meaning that it will be updated in a while - I have no idea when that would be though.

As for other stuff, I'm just progressing through university as per usual :D

Thanks for the compliment man :3

You've put the flag number that has been set in the script into the OW's Person ID box, right?

I have been playing your hack. It is really good. I wish I was as good a spriter as you. By the way the sprite still came back after I took a step. Well anyways best of luck with you and your games!

I don't mind the occasional question from time to time, but there are places like the numerous help threads where you can draw on the entire resources of the community.

When you're hacking the 3rd Gen game you shouldn't be using flags in the 0x500 range. They are shared with the trainerbattle flags (ie, if you set flag 0x520, then trainerbattle 0x20 will be marked as having been done). Needless to say, that can cause some conflicts and is the reason why your flag doesn't appear to have been set. Use another number range like the 0x200 family.

Hey Dr.Fuji I know you dont like me asking you questions, but no one else seems to help me except for you. (Please don't strike me down with your administrator power!)
Well anyways I have this scripting problem

    Spoiler:
    #dyn 0x740000
    #org @start
    lock
    faceplayer
msgbox @text ' Hey Bro how are you doing?\nI'm doing fine \pI wish I was as smart as you are.
    callstd MSG_NORMAL
    Closemsg
    fadescreen Fadeout_Black
    disappear 0x1
    fadescreen FADEIN_Black
    setflag 0x575
    release
    end

    #org @text
= Hey Bro how are you doing?\nI'm doing fine \pI wish I was as smart as you are.

and my setflag wont work because the message keeps on redoing itself. Will you help me with this?

No one talked on that thread for about two months. Anyways I tried out your game and it was awsome. Great game. I am thinking about putting you in my game. Tell me what pokemon you would want and what trainer you would like to be.

It seems to be a movement creator for use in your custom scripts. Check out diegoisawesome's XSE tutorial for a clear explanation of how you use these movements correctly. While it is an interesting tool, you should be learning how to do these things through scripting naturally.

I'm not sure why you asked me, especially when you left a question in the thread two minutes beforehand :P
