    I just checked serebii and Wish isn't listed as being an egg move for Blissey... Do you have anything else you'd want instead?
    I'll still do the Bagon though. Which nature would you prefer?

    I can't IV breed, sorry. And by "bliss" I assume you mean a Blissey, and as far as I am aware you can't get Wish on a Blissey?
    I can do the Bagon though.
