Hey, can you check the IVs of my Pineco? I don't really want to have to EV train it or whatever for like 3082359 hours in order to find out it wasn't worth my time.

xD Well, I'm doing in HGSS, and you actually do need to hit your delay for shinies and natures. MAN, that was a pain. It took me AGES to hit it, and then I messed up and had to try and hit it AGAIN.

Good news is I finally have my Shiny Relaxed Pineco. xD But I need to start history homework so I'm not going to bother getting good IVs for him xD

FUN FACT: I don't. x3 Still working on that lol. I've only ever hit my target time like, twice? Even then, I still did something wrong. You don't have to hit a particular target time for shinies/natures though. But this one app, Pikatimer, really helps. You can google and download it, it comes in really handy.

Oh my god I am getting so fed up with trying to RNG.
How do YOU hit your target time? xD Do you miss a lot?

Holymoly. Just watched some videos on how to RNG. :JKSDFDFJ: That just seems like a loooot of work. although advancing the frame seems a lot easier in HGSS, cause you just call elm like 10 or 3 times. idunno.

I'll have to give it a try though.

What should I do for my first pokemon? xD

It's kinda complicated. You have to change the DS clock to a certain date, certain time, down to the second, press A to continue at a certain second, not take any longer than a certain amount of time from the intro to pressing continue, put the Pokemon in the daycare in the exact order, flip the journal pages a certain amount of times, no more, no less, etc.

Why? Is it more confusing or difficult?

It's actually really easy, once you get used to it. Well, the shiny/nature part anyway. The IVs.. Eh, not so much. I pretty much gave up on RNGing for IVs lol. I just soft-reset for those.
