Ok, I think there is a problem with that sprite. I would have edited it, but I have a splint on my right hand, which pervents me from doing alot. I think that you were focusing on how cool it looked, which probably led to a attempt to make it look too good. I think the bottom half is fine though.I do have a good custom sprite of mewtwo, but its a jpeg. Idk if its too big either. But if you want, You can use that to restart. I started to fix the pixely parts on it, but haven't done much but the face cause my wrist kills when I work it to much.
