I drew a complete blank while trying to make OWs, sorry about that.

Nah, google is doing great. Or I'm just getting lucky.

NVM, the tileset is free to use, it's CC 3.0, which means we can use it, if we credit them.

And I've found this. This could be used as a template for the human OWs.

Also, I've found this, though I'm unsure whether it's a public set. I'll have to look into that.

FF as in Final Fantasy? Hmm.
I like the idea, although I'm not sure how to fit it into a Pokémon Style.

I was thinking something along the lines of the older FF games, rescaled to fit with the rest of course.

How would we do Overworld sprites with this new graphics scheme of yours?

Well, I can't do that much spriting now, being in my finals, but after that I have three months and nothing to do. Also, on the tree, it's currently 47 wide, so can't you fit it in three tiles instead?

It's completely out of Pokémon style, but I like the tree a lot.
I would have to measure it up in RMXP though. I'd like the trees to be 2 tiles wide so there's no overlap. The grass is pretty nice too. Good work!

Trouble with completely changing the style is there's no middle ground - either we go head-on with this new style or we don't use it at all - otherwise it looks weird.

Here's what I got so far: Tell me if you don't like the style, and I'll change it.

yup. I think it looks pretty weird because the color on the farfetch'd is way more rich.
besides, we probably won't be using Oak anyways.
