Hm, maybe I'll give it a look if I have some spare time, then.

believe me, it is NOT your average story. I thought it would suck too being a vampire story but it wasn't ANYTHING like i thought it was. Really....

I don't like Naruto, nor do I like Bleach.
I haven't heard of Chibi Vampire, though I'm not big on vampire stuff.
Cardcaptor Sakura and Yotsuba&! are very cute and yet still have a lot of content, in my opinion. Probably some of the best series that can be called shoujo because rather than just targeting kids, they're really more for all ages (like a good G-rated movie). Cardcaptor Sakura has a central theme of "love," and Yotsuba&! has a central theme of "living life to its fullest." They're two of my favorite series. The Cardcaptor Sakura anime is nearly as good, but it suffers from a lot of filler in season 1 (and the first movie is entirely filler) and an anime-only character who nobody really likes. And don't even bring up the English dub, it was the worst mess in localization history.

I've heard of that, but haven't read it. Is it actually good? Because Naruto i don't like even though practically everyone likes it. Ever heard of Chibi Vampire aka Karin?

I like shoujo, myself. My avatar is from my favorite series (Cardcaptor Sakura), and my second favorite series is Yotsuba&!
Not big on yaoi, kinda try to stay away from it.

I like Japanese Shounen (yes, it does differ from American Shounen. What is considered "shoujo" here can be shounen in japan). But of course, i won't turn down a shoujo as long as one element of the story is interesting (character, conflict, point of view, theme).
and yes.......in the late of the night you just might find me reading yaoi...
