    yes you can, it just has to say "true" in one of the brackets XD (can't remember which)
    you can't RNG it's IVs but shininess

    I am on, just not the time when you are on. I am mostly on the tradecorner's chatroom though XD
    BTW, thanks for the tips you give me, I finally can RNG abuse ID/SID in 5th gen.
    want to ask anther question though, can I use the seed for legenadries to abuse ID/SID to get a shiny starter?
