oh i also forgot to mention -- avoid doing Sugi style with pixels, unless it's the style you're aiming for - as I realised that the highlights are, well, like the Concept Art itself, instead of like the Pokemon sprites. x3
Lookss good, you just need more contrast between colors and make the lineart "rounder" -- or as ppl like saying it "more flow".
It's actually good, I'll spice it up later once I find some time--with more explanation.
i have most problems with the pallete choice and the shading..you now the lighttener parts and the darkener parts.

If you're having problems with palette choice, you may use existing ones (giving the author credit of course) or use the ones from official Pokemon sprites.

well i decided that im going to try to sprite them myself with your tutorial(help would be good too).
and i realized that i have problems with the pallete chose and such so i would ask if u won't make sprites with me would you at least help me with pallets?
i mean i make the sprite and it's outline in black send it to you tell you what pallete i want kinda and you add shading and such if it isn't too much asked
