    It's probably the first. The flags that are in-built are most likely similar to RSFRLG.

    Well, I believe otherwise. Orinjmate probably asked for some flags in Emerald that hide Overworlds from the beginning of the game, meaning that they're already set by pre-existing scripts.

    Here are some flags that I found:
    00AE to 00B3

    You can find more if you look around A-Map, it's not hard.
    Do you mean they're set by other scripts in the base ROM or that it is sort of in-built that they are already set?

    Let's say that you want e.g George for boys, and Scarlet for girls.

    All you gotta do is make a checkgender script and name them likewise. THe only hard part is removing the name choice from the intro (ASM).

    No I can't because I want the name to be different depending on your gender.
