My old college never let anyone do that and the technicians we had were completely useless. Same as the computing teachers to be honest. I taught myself everything I know and passed all the exams.

I think it's the school thing honestly...if these jobs were open to everyone then I probably wouldn't get them, but they're only open to students of my university and then only the people that apply soo it's not nearly as big a pool of applicants. XD;

I never got lucky on mine. Trying to get some decent training done here so I can eventually get a job in computing that I can enjoy.

Hahah, that job does sound boring. :( I've been lucky since I've started getting jobs that there have been ones available on campus that are desk jobs pretty much, two webmaster jobs since I came here. XD

lol. I find people getting called hon annoying xD. Same as when I get called babe or something by some random girl I'm so annoyed hate it. xD
Thats a lucky job. Mines doing annoying ass sorting orders onto a computer in a certain order then filing them in the same order blahblah blah lol. I always used to play games in class. Probably why the only subject I passed was my computer ones xD

Haha, my job is webmaster so I technically use my laptop for all my work! I try not to use it in classes though cause I get distracted and don't pay attention and then don't do as well loool.

Yeh I'm pretty sure thats were all games like that got it from. HON I think also has the same map and starcraft 2 is about to release a custom map based on DOTA. It's getting popular.
I wish I could take my laptop to work with me. All the bosses play games but I'm stuck having to actually work xD

Hahah yeah I totally agree! I told my boyfriend (who's never played PW) and we guessed it was because they're both based on DOTA which is similar and predates both games, haha.
Also agree about the WASD because I use a laptop too and I bring it to classes and the student center and things like that and if I don't bring my mouse I just can't play at all. XD Plus I'm just bad at click to move so I don't retreat when I'm supposed to and get killed, etc. Sucksss

I actually told my friends that when I tried to get them to play. Showed them the maps and everything and they are very similar. WASD is definately a lot easier to deal with. I use a laptop aswell so Having to get a mouse all the time is rather annoying. xD

Actually I think one of the reasons I like LoL is that it reminds me a lot of TW in that game except with click to move instead of WASD. XD Which bothers me because I hate click to move but they're so similar haha.
