It was fine until the Democrats took control of the Smogon Congress in the latest forum elections. After that, the other Pokemon complained about not getting what they're entitled to, so Smogon had the spread the success around.
    Literally laughed out loud

Rain Dance boosts Kingdra's Speed by 1.5x because of the ability Swift Swim.
Choice Scarf is a hold item that boosted my Jirachi's Speed by 1.5x in exchange for it only being able to use one move.
Iron Head is a move that has a 30% chance of causing flinching, but the ability Serene Grace doubles that to 60%.

I was battling this guy from PC. He had a Rain Dance team. He thought I was cheating because I had a Scarfed Jirachi that was outspeeding his Kingdra. He asked if it had a King's Rock because I kept making his Pokemon flinch using Iron Head boosted by Serene Grace.

The same reason why it's illegal to give your child alcohol, yet it is legal for children to drink communion wine as part of a religious observance. We make exceptions to the rules for religious freedom.

So in other words, it's perfectly legal to tattoo a 15 month old baby? Then why did people who tattooed willing children get arrested for child cruelty?

    Oh well, discussion's over anyway.

A minor cannot consent to things under the law. That includes both 15 year olds and 15 month olds.
