December 24th, 2008 08:10 PMEmiiChick-Fil-A is soooo good! =D the closest one is 45 minutes away though.. =( but if we had one, I'd tell him to work there for sure! Free food for me! XD
Merry Christmas to you too! =D
December 23rd, 2008 02:58 PMKayleigh(Sorry I'm late replying, I've been busy again...)
I know! Even Walmart is closed on Christmas. When WALMART is closed, you know it's a big deal. O_o Your boyfriend should work at Chick-Fil-A (my favorite restaurant, yay). They even close on Sundays for church. It's nice to see a business that's not all about money.
Well, I hope you have a Merry Christmas! =D
November 10th, 2008 04:44 PMEmiiI completely agree! Thanksgiving is important too! I like the Christmasy feeling and stuff, but not until Thankksgiving at least.. =\
and yeah, restauraunts just don't care if their employees get family time or not, I guess. He'll have to work on Christmas too. Gah, stupid businesses.. why can't they just close for at LEAST those 2 days?
November 10th, 2008 02:44 PMKayleighI'd love to see the Pikachu balloon. <3 It's cute. And yeah, it bugs me how all of the stores here are already putting out TONS of Christmas stuff...and completely ignoring Thanksgiving. ; Not cool.
Aww, poor guy! XD It's insane what stores will do for money. People NEED to be home with their families during holidays.
November 10th, 2008 02:32 PMEmiiOoh I love the parade too! I wish I could be there, but I love watching it on tv too! =) and then at the end, I get in a Christmasy mood.
omg I would be really mad if I was my bf. xD he works at iHop, and they're making him work on Thanksgiving. so his parents are going out of town without him. But seriously, WHO would go to iHop on Thanksgiving??
November 10th, 2008 01:37 PMKayleighI know. Dang. XD Thanksgiving is also one of my favorite holidays. I love spending it with my family, and watching the parade on TV! And lol...that stinks, but at least you can make up for it this year. =D
November 7th, 2008 10:30 PMEmiiI wish it was earlier than the 27th this year.. longer to wait. XD but I'm reallllly excited! It's like, my favorite holiday besides Christmas. and I love food. lol, last year I was sick all throughout Thanksgiving break, and it sucked so bad.. I tried to eat aot, but I really couldn't. So I'm gonna make up for it this year!
November 7th, 2008 07:37 PMKayleighTrust me, I think you'd be much more likely to get sick on a roller coaster! XD The ships are so big that you can hardly tell they're moving most of the time.
Yeah...but lol, I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving, too! Turkey and dressing is one of my favorite meals. I don't normally eat a whole lot, but holy cow I'm gonna stuff myself when the 27th rolls around. XD Yay for good ol' southern cooking.
November 7th, 2008 02:06 PMEmiiA cruise would be great. Minus the seasickness.. but if I can handle a rollercoaster, I'm sure I wouldn't get seasick.
Too bad halloween is over.. I only went to that church thing and another think we have called that haunted Castle. They were very different, but they were both awesome. and now I'm waiting for Thanksgiving so I can eat as much as I want and not have to care is I feel sick afterwards. XD
November 7th, 2008 01:23 PMKayleighOh, I think you'd love a cruise! It's the best way to travel, in my opinion.
I was like that the first time I rode a REALLY tall roller coaster called the "Titan" with one of my friends. We thought we were committing suicide at first, but we ended up riding it 4 more times. XD They're not so scary once you get used to them!
ROFL, I've never heard of a church going to such extremes on Halloween. That would scare me, too! I wasn't able to do anything this year except go to a haunted house with my brothers. One of our neighbors set it up, and they did a really good job. We had fun. XD
