Well, I've read online that trampolines can actually prevent it and a lot of other things, so maybe one of them in your backyard will help a bit. It strengthens every single bone in your body, it builds up your leg muscles, it evenly gets rid of weight and it's pretty damn good. And even if it doesn't help with that eye thing, if you have a lot of glucose in your diet, this will be awesome in the long run.
