Which culture? Because if you mean Lagos, we just had a power cut like there always is there xD There's a storm going on here. Anyway, the area I live in lack what London and Lagos have, though the latter's isn't as good as the formal's. What I mean is transportation convenience. I'm a city guy so this suburban area is not what I'm used to xD I can't go out without needing a car and I can't drive yet though I can learn, and then drive in September. I'll be 16. There's a bus line but I don't get it much/I think it's expensive. I'm too used to Oyster Cards xD

Though the place is great! Thank God for the opportunity. I think I'd be better suited to New York or something. It has subways etc. And Broadway!
