Hmm. I'll try it.
Hopefully it'll help me get some sleep. The problem with waking up constantly is falling back asleep after you've woken up. :/ I'll start playing my DS before I go to bed to see if it helps. ^-^
What I think, is that you have a lot that's going through in your mind, & the resulting stress keeps you from staying asleep. What with trying to mend your relationship with your BF, schooling, your place of employment, & on top of this, your pregnancy, I won't be surprised if all those kept you from staying asleep.
So, what I'd like for you to do, is to find a way to take your mind off of those things - it could be video games, candy, whatever floats your boat. If you do, not only will it help with you staying asleep, but chances are, it'll better your pregnancy.
