Have fun! I've never been to Mexico. I am good. I just got back from Atlanta to visit my cousin who is doing an internship down there. Still looking for a permanent job, but I am working right now for an award show that happens in May. Get to go to the show and the after party! Haha.
A lot of people are in similar positions.. =( It seems like there are too many people with bachelor degrees trying to find work every year and too many people majoring in majors that don't have a lot of jobs. I regret my major since it's so broad but meh, what can you do. gotta keep looking and find the connections I guess. -sigh-
oh lord don't worry I so understand. It's a rough world out there <_< I took the CUNY Office Assistant exam in December (it's once a year) and aced that with a 92.8 so I'm in the first percentile for hiring, though I gotta wait at least 6 months until they interview and start offering me positions. The pay is like.. $12-13/hour to start but it's very stable with increases every year and you can retire on it. hate waiting ughhhhh
internships suck. I don't want to do any more of those at this point xD
Yeahh I've been working as an office manager/receptionist in a mortgage company. Not the most amazing pay but it does the job well enough until I find something that pays enough to move out because yay expensive as heck NYC. You workin'?
