I see your point. I will make another NPC controlled by me so that another RPers, including you, have someone to interact with who is actually controlled by someone else (me in this case). That is what you want right?
The problem isn't that we don't have events; we do have events. We just don't have a medium to interact with them; which is why you using GM-created NPCs to characterize them is a good idea. Elene is dealing with the poison right now, but it's happening off-screen because I'd need to commandeer students and staff alike to write about it, which ruins the point of roleplaying in the first place; it would just be me writing a short story.
The reason why their realm is ugly is information I can't give right now because students will be learning the reason later in one of Ryuu's classes ^^
It's okay for not posting as Elene for awhile. I know your reason and you still reply in the OOC thread so I don't see why I would make a problem aboutthis. Also, I understood that you are posting on Eve's half so i'm alright with it c: as for the matter of some characters having nothing to do like Solo and Elene… i'm still thinking of an idea, since there is already an event going on (the poisened food) it wouldn't make sense if more events happened on one day. It would also waste the events I could use later in the RP. I'll tell you once I think i've got a good idea for the characters that aren't doing anything now, letting them constantly fight will get boring and they would risk consequences.
I really didn't mean to make you feel ignored :< I admit that I forgot to answer your first question but I didn't knew your second question was actually a question directed to me. it won't happen anymore :(
I've asked, twice, why the Youkai chose to make their realm ugly compared to the human one, what with the dead trees you mentioned and the fact that they created it themselves.
I also asked whether I'm good on the posting front, as I wrote Eva's portion of Zero's latest post. Elene would be doing something, but she has no NPCs to interact with in regards to the poisoned food. I understand that people, for some reason, see it as the player's job to fill in the setting with them, but I've found that it helps flesh out the setting if the GM can actually provide information for the inhabitants of the world without OOC exposition.; Plus, it provides something for players to do when their character isn't stupidly attempting to attack an immensely powerful older Youkai that mutilated half of the staff.
