    So, are we talking about your heart beating faster & faster, possibly enough to cause a heart attack? That's what it sounds like to me.

    hmmm :I they dont have to worry, i dont die so easely.

    i don't have a disease, i'm a very healty person (but not right now), however, this all is causing me to be very sick, my body is exhausted while my mind is clearly awake, because my body is exhausted of the only 3/4/5 hours sleep a night it is too tired to make my heart beat on normal rate, meaning, more sleep means stronger heartbeat, and if keep that up i'll be healty again in no time

    You should, as a lot of your friends would be very distraught if you died from all this.

    Is this causing you to get disease by the ton?

    not really :3 i'm used to it though... i need to stop that soon, since i dont get much sleep my health is dropping very badly :3 i'm coming closer to a dangerous state XD but if i get enough sleep again my health will raise again :3

    i have friends around the whole world :3 there are alot of time differences and ofcourse i want to talk to them, so i wake up so early so i can talk to them

    i will soon have an tv in my room, however, i can also watch the anime on my laptop during days i'm free so its not really such a huge problem

    Then get to bed at an earlier time every Friday night, & unless you have a TV in your own room, set your alarm to 6:30 am, so that you leave yourself time to get yourself ready.

    I'm not sure if this will help you, however.

    yes in mornings, 7 am, but i'm still sleeping around that time ; or trying to get some more sleep after i woke up at 3/4/5 am :3
