That's surprising. Sometimes people will assume someone is autistic merely because they don't talk to others.

I went to this workshop thing, I forget what it was for. One day, we were going over extroverts and introverts. The person in charge asked us to split into our two groups and tell the other what we wanted them to know. Extroverts said to us 'speak up' and stuff. Introverts had no comments.

I've cried in her class before because she gave me my first B, haha! We kinda butted heads. 9th grade was hard for me because 1) I had no friends coming in there and 2) I was previously put on a pedestal for being a good, smart kid. I was simply average at my high school. It hurt, and I definitely wanted to shut people out.

That teacher did like one of my essays, somehow. She was showing the whole class and stuff. She made a copy of my essay and put it on the overhead projector. I had written something in the margins, so I knew it was mine. How embarrassing! Kinda!

That woman changed my life...
