Ya, I would definitely advise hitting up the physio! um... well today I had coffee with my friend and then went to another friends house, then went to the shops, then came home and had lunch, then we went into the city and got $10 mojitios for like 4 hours, then I met up with some other friends for dinner and now I have just got home. So yeah, pretty chill... not doing too much haha.
They're sore because of something with rings but it's been too long. I went to a physio who told me that it was tight forearm muscles causing the pain and putting pressure on my hands but stretching hasn't been helping so I've gotta book me another appointment, I think. When you say not much do you mean still doing what I would consider a lot of stuff or do you actually mean not much?
