The lease specifies that I can't have pets in the apartment. I didn't mind when I went into the apartment. Can't afford a pet anyway. I'd have a cat if I could though.

I get a blue username. Isn't that enough? 8) I also get to customize my profile with pictures instead of just colors. And bigger avatar limits. And mod forums.
Being a mod can be tough work in some forums, but in quieter ones like OVP, it's not so hard. You'd have to be on PC, but more importantly, you'd have to behave. ;)
