    Yes. I got White 2 for X-Mas, but I just started so I can't trade with that. (I haven't even beaten Cheren yet )

    I have your Eevee ready to be traded. The Eevee doesn't have Assurance as an egg move because it's a level up move for Umbreon only. Other than that it's exactly as you wanted it.
