x] No I didn't deserve it, I know what I read. I guess he just wasn't sure about what he wrote.(in other words, not my problem).

Well I'd like to think that monotypes are a little more challenging than a Nuzlocke without using AR codes and whatnot. I'd be lying of course, but still xP. I'm not recording it, no. But once I'm done writing it (the first two chapters are up right now), I'm going to be doing a webcomic on it. Gym Leaders were surprisingly easy so far, mostly because of my grinding sessions (I lost so many good Pokemon in the process though T__T). It was as if the Routes were more challenging than the Gyms were ...

October never likes to come quickly, maybe that's the reasoning behind having the game release then? (`•`)?

Level 47 Butterfree vs. Level 14 Onix? (He's still the first Gym right?) Your odds sound good level wise, ... advantage wise...? (*I'll pray for you :/*)

Oh, I see that now. Did you deserve it? xD (I'm kidding. Don't kill me.)

That RP has always intimidated me beyond comprehension, but I guess I can look into it. It'll at least be something to do, I'm sure.

You're doing a Nuzlocke and you think a Bug Monotype would be hard? are you recording it? c: I don't think I had a problem with the rival battles on my normal playthrough. Now the Gym Leaders.

Okay. That's reassuring. It's just a long time until October. xD

Okay. I'll fill you in several years later when I finally beat Brock with my level 47 Butterfree.

Well namely the outlying visitor message on my page. But yes he insulted my comprehension ... -.-

Join the Training Academy RP. I like it so far and I jumped in mid-semester. The only real challenge is the same with all RP's; time zones. I don't know, I think it's just the nostalgia of it all, but the feel of it's pretty nice too. Plus, you wouldn't necessarily be alone in it. I think Ozzy and Swiftsign RP in it too.

See? x] it really helped too. Because my ONLY problem with Cheren and Bianca was the lack of items and Cheren's Liepard (I hate that thing -.-). The real problem period though is that I'm currently doing a Nuzlocke on Pokemon White and Cheren already killed my Purrloin once :[

Hopefully. I've already played it up until Elesa's Gym so take my word for it; the wait is well deserved.

Haha, I'm sure you'll be fine, but if not, make sure to let me know x]

You have strangers insulting your reading comprehension? Well then.

Well I think the problem is that I'm actually only in one right now. If I'm in more than one then it hasn't started yet. I just keep running to check if there's anything new, but I can't find anything I'm interested in. Plus I'm intimidated by older RPs. Joining in the middle is somewhat of a challenge.

Well I always beat them, but sometimes it was a long trek back to the Pokemon Center. Come to think of it, I probably should have done what you did.

Like I said, this game had best be something special. I hear people singing praises about it on occasion, so maybe it'll be worth it. x3

Well I'll keep you informed of the number of times I fail, okay? Every time all of my Pokemon faint, I'll be sure to let you know.

*Reads unread visitor messages* There's nothing more insulting than a stranger who insults your reading comprehension -.-

I know exactly how you feel. My RP's are progressing a little slowly too, even the ones that have you constantly checking every other hour. In sure, in time, that there'll be a moment where we're swamped with these same RP's that suddenly began to take off due to more activity. As it is, there are plenty of RP's to join here, but the activity/progression is sort of lacking.

Haha! I always had to walk with caution and spam all of my game saves trying to see if Chen or Bianca were eagerly waiting around the corner after my Gym battles. They were -.-...

It's good that you're waiting though. I on the other hand have no type of restraint on certain subjects. Gaming included x]

Yeah the failing part may be an inconvenience to you. Other than that, a dangerous trek through Kanto with just your Bug-Type's sounds just fine on its own

Well, it really does help with things like character development. There's just some things, and I can't think of how to put them specifically, that it doesn't help with when it comes to solo writing. On another note, I need an RP to join so badly, because nothing I'm actually in has made in progression in a long time. I'm not in that much, granted.

To be honest, I didn't pay the slightest bit of attention to Cheren. He always came up and challenged me at inconvenient times, and I was more busy being frustrated than actually reading his dialogue. xD

Well see what I know~ I guess I've only seen one then? Maybe. Possibly.

Normally I would take that challenge just to prove I could do it, but Bugsy and Burgh don't exactly have the type of teams needed to win at anything, really. So I'm just going to start. I was planning on redoing my playthrough of LeafGreen anyways, so this should work out just fine. (except for the part where I fail fantastically)

Well RPing is usually the best way to get your writing back in check. Guess that's one of my reasons for enjoying it so much.

The only character development I didn't like was Cheren ... He became so passively aggressive and he really started to sound like a broken record.

There's three that I know of. Four if you count the short introduction from when he met Elesa.

I'm thinking you'd get destroyed. (Guess I'm not the best vote of confidence huh? x] Guess you should just grind like crazy before your next challenge? (Imagine if you were set on doing a Bug-Type GYM Monotype o.o *shudder*).

Writing it is the problem. I just need to get over myself and do it. I guess my main problem is a lack of original ideas. I'm used to RPing now, which gives me prompting.

Well there was character development, which is something Pokemon just doesn't do. Plus it had Lilligant

I didn't even know there was more than one, to be perfectly honest. I haven't seen them around or anything.

What if I did an Ultimate Monotype with bug? I would die. I really think I have to do it now. x3

Alright. Just so long as you're okay...

    Smart decision xD

I'm looking forward to reading that then. :]

Yeah, something about Ghetsis and the villians of BW gave the game that it factor.

The animated trailers are really what based my whole theory that an anime was in the making. I assume you haven't seen most of them then? Since you're avoiding any spoilers?

The Bug type is definitely it's own level of difficulty. I may do a Water monotype one day. I've secretly been favoring Psyduck and Magikarp for a while now. But easy wasn't the word for that x]

And I'll get over it, just way too many emotions involved :/

And one I never intend to take on. xP

I don't have anything on this computer yet, but I've been writing a lot fanfiction lately, so maybe soon?

Well yeah. Ghetsis was just well...crazy. He certainly made the story an interesting one though.

Are you talking about the animated trailer? Because I don't think they're actually making an anime of that, since Ash is such a pig selling point, for whatever reason. I'm really excited for B2W2 though. I even decided to avoid spoilers, so it had best be good. xD

I'm going to do that bug monotype. I really am. Here are the people that will obliterate me:

    Mars and Saturn (rock slide)
    Jupiter (more rock slide)
    Cyrus (ice and flying)

This challenge will be easy, I dare say.

I don't know what to say to help you out. I have a certain lack of experience with these types of things. Just pull on through it I guess. :c

Sounds like a dangerous expedition o.o?

Why don't you trust your writing? Do you have any work that I can read? I'm sure it's way better than you're letting on x]

I think the winner for most extremist would have to go to Plasma handsdown. They definitely had a new approach to what Pokemon really are. Team Magma/Aqua would have had me at first, but then Ghetsis came along and I just completely switched up my perspective.

I actually heard of a new anime in the works. Which I'm VERY much looking forward to seeing as Ash is now a thing of the past in this one (thank heavens). The rival, compared to the main characters anyway, seems like an obvious outlier from the look of the other two. I'm actually more.interested in Ghetsis and the Shadow Triad, they both have their own newer importance in the storyline this time around.

If you did a Bug monotype alone, I think that you'd have trouble with at least one or two Gym Leaders before the E4 first anyway. Flint is definitely a powerhouse against an all Bug team though, I'm imaging brutal times all around. :/

Yeah, I think you're right. Past relationships are always difficult though ...

This is a small town, and some of my friends live thirty minutes away from me by car. (and a lot of the drivers don't understand what a pedestrian is)

Well I think you know how to write. Honestly I think a lot of people know how to write just fine. I just don't trust myself. xD

Actually, a lot of spin off villains (ex. Pokemon Colosseum, Pokemon XD) were a little more evil than Nintendo is usually comfortable using. I think they were targeted at a slightly more mature audience, or Nintendo thought nobody was going to play them.

Speaking of newer and more relevant, do you think you're going to like any of the B2W2 characters? I've read very little about any of them, so I'm not sure. I have mixed feelings about the rival though.

I did a Fighting Monotype once. And...a poison I believe. I think I'm going to start that bug one though. Maybe I could even do it on D/P/Pt and show up at the E4 with Aaron's exact team. That would be interesting, I'm sure. (And Lucan would tear me all to pieces f Flint didn't get me first)

I know. Try to distract yourself maybe? Dwelling on it won't help.

Hmm ... well maybe just walking to a friends house or inviting someone out? Maybe that'll cause some interaction??

I'd like to think that I at least know HOW to write, just the matter of consistency is where the problem lies ...

It definitely wins the award for stepping out of their comfort zone. I always expected Giovanni to be the one to go as far as killing the protagonist.

Yeah I hate when I forget one of my faves. Especially when it's a newer more relevant character.

If I ever did a monotype it'd have to be Fire-type Pokemon. I think they'd stand a better chance all-around. If I wanted more of a challenge though, I'd do Poison Types. They're such an under appreciated class.

... Guess I gotta grow up then ... even though it's WAY easier said than done ...

There's not much of a group so to speak. Everyone has something to do but me it seems.

I don't think I have any finished anything, so I know how you feel. I just don't have faith in my ability to write anything that isn't awful and full of clichés.

Whatever. It's my headcanon. Don't hate it. :c I actually adored the plot of Black and White. I thought that for a Pokemon game, the plot was very different.

Well I have trouble picking favorites. And then I might forget someone, and what. You know, silly things like that. xD

I think I might do a Bug Monotype one day, just to see how it feels.

Well everyone grows up, so to speak. I mean, even adults grow up from things as the age. It just takes time.

You should try it with a group. Those tend to be way more eventful x]

That sounds like an incredibly tedious (but satisfying) job. A finished work from ME? Because I only have three ... and they're one-shots :p

Hmmm ... N the vegetarian sounds like canon from some spin-off anime. I was surprised by the extremists members of the group (Seven Sages, Ghetsis, N ...). They really made me think Nintendo had completely lost their minds...

What would difficult about making a list? Haha. It took me a while to narrow them all down, but when I finally did I just felt like "Yeah, these are definitely the winners". Aaron is a great Elite 4 though. It takes a lot to commit yourself to Bug-Type Pokemon like that?

(I'm secretly kicking myself for not including Elesa and Flint into the list, because I almost forgot about them )

Yeah, I'll feel better after a while. I don't know I guess I just have to ... forget it happened ... which is pretty much the same as doing the impossible ... :/
