I'm interested in all three! The only glitch is I'll have to breed a Caterpie from the Metapod/Butterfree, but I'd be just a bit fussy if I asked you to do that (even though it can evolve into Butterfree by Lv.10). Breeding my own gives me Egg move control based on what I have as well. Misdreavus is the Abundant Shrine White exclusive, definitely want that. And Paras solves one of my Swarm problems, leaving me three to go (Illumise, Minun, and Houndour - the second of which I see plenty of on Hoenn Route 110, so I can import is easil;y if nothing else someday).
Just to reconfirm, what am I trading for these three?
Anytime during the weekend? Check, I'll take that under advisement. If we can't meet up sooner, I know for sure I'll be in town on the 28th; the only question is whether I'll be on my own or with my family the entire time. If I go for lunch myself that day, I can make the trade there. Was it just the Milotic evolution you wanted? I'll do the Clamperls at the same time and that's two more off my list.
I'm also breeding Geodude and Zorua for someone, so if you'd like me to breed an extra, do you have anything else that I can't get in Black? (Yes, you can get Graveler in White, but I can also try to get you a Geodude with an Egg move perhaps; even without Egg moves, it takes out you having to breed Geodude to complete the Pokédex. Zorua will already know Night Daze, its signature move, if you want that.)
I will try to get somewhere for lunch this week and give you advance notice if possible (the day before, my time). That way you know I'll be around at 8 p.m. your time, perhaps earlier.
I looked down your page and I think it was to get you the Milotic and me the two Clamperls evolved, right? I know I discussed doing the Clamperls with someone else, so whichever one gets it done first will remove those steps from the other. If you want to do that, I'm still looking to.
We'll have to decide a meetup time - I could travel this week and end up going for lunch somewhere with Wifi.
Hello, sorry for disappearing, but I was wondering if you were still interested in the trade we talked about? Also, I have Paras if you're still looking for White swarms. Anyway, hope you're doing well, have a nice day
As for other exclusives, there are very few outside of White Forest, which features a LOT of exclusives. Route 12 has the Metapod/Kakuna (in rustling grass could appear the fully evolved Butterfree and Beedrill), then at the Abundant Shrine you find Misdreavous or Murkrow depending on version. Other Routes have no exclusives except the odd Unova exclusives (in fact, fully evolved Whimsicott and Lilligant are found in Abuntant Shrine), and Challenger's Cave has no exclusives. Both striped fish can be found in both games, but one is found in rippling water whereas the other is more common in standard surfing..
Solosis and Rufflet (the latter caught at Lv.48 at Village Bridge - to speed the leveling up to evolve - prior to the trading) have already been traded to me and fully evolved. I missed the in-game NPC and did a Cottonee/Petilil trade as well., using my Stone on that before noticing the NPC while reviewing the Nacrene City article on Bulbapedia. LMAO
When trading on Wireless, you get to see what your trading partner is doing in their boxes; in other words, both traders can see the Pokémon being selected. It always starts where your party is located, and Box 1 is to the right, while Box 24 (the highest allowed number of boxes, which if you're curious can be obtained by first having a minimum of 1 Pokémon in the initial eight boxes at once, then doing the same with the new total of 16) is located to the left. I renamed Box 24 "TRADES" (you would not see this nor can I see your names, I think). This means anything I plan to trade at some point is in there (right now, I have a Swellow in there, and possibly a couple I have not relocated yet).
Typically you can select up to three Pokémon; this would be like saying you can pick any of the three for any of his three. Since trades can't be done three at a time, there's no point to choosing more than one most of the time (which is why I like listing it out, then it's just following the list; I almost got thrown for a loop in my last session when a Landorus was going to be traded and I'm rushing to PC on my phone saying "No, not Landorus" LMAO). Once your tradeables are selected, the screens change sides and you get to pick one (again, usually the only one). Trade is confirmed by both parties following the selection, as a final "Are you sure" type of thing, and once both confirm, you see the graphic of your Pokémon being Pokéballed (even an Egg), a graphic of the two trading places outside the balls, and the Ball then bounces in front of you producing your new Pokémon. It then says it's stopping communication (I got confused by this at first, but I believe the game also saves here), and the trade window pops back up to do it all over again.
On any screen, pushing B can cancel trading. On the main trading screen, if nothing is selected, pushing B ends the session. The exception is after the final confirmation, when the trading process begins; you can no longer cancel at this point.
The room used for Wifi trading, battling, etc. is the middle room on the upper floor of the Pokémon Center. It looks a lot like the Union Room to the left of it, it's just the wireless version whereas the Union Room is for people in the same area.
