To be honest I know close to nothing. I just know that simply calling the BG command doesn't call different BG's depending on the user. For example the high power BG. The background changes to focus on the target. A long time ago I found two pointers. One points to a code that somehow works to change the high power bg depending on user. The other points to the flying BG that's animated and flips depending on user. From that I know we can copy the high power code and use that to have it fip with other non animated BGs. For the flying background, I don't remember why, but I thought theoretically it could work with other scrolling BGs but I don't remember.
