Thanks but I actually just thought of dropping it because I tested it in-game and it doesn't match the tempo of walking and running but I'll still use it for other purposes.

Oh, I like the colors, it's a lot more vibrant. The animation looks a bit more cartoonie, but that may just be my imagination, as I haven't actually seen either version in action.

Hey bro! I redid both OWs! What do you think?

But does the base at least match the B/W OW?

It's not bad, but I don't think the palette on Hilbert really matches with the style of the sprite. You should try creating your own custom palette to use with the sprite, and see how that looks.

Hey Chesu is this great enough for a B/W OW Sprite Redraw? It took me 30 minutes but I finally finished it. Please judge it.

    And here's Hilbert.

I'm not sure how large the B/W back sprites are, but there's actually a thread dedicated to resizing them to 64x64 (the resolution used in the GBA games) linked below. I'm not sure about the overworld sprites, but they're probably so small that they would have to be redrawn.

It depends on what you want to do with them, but as a general rule I would say "you don't". If you wanted to resize them for a GBA rom hack, your best bet would be to crop out the bottom half of the sprite and adjust the colors to work in the rom. Alternately, you could redraw the sprite at the smaller size.
