It travels through the dementions searching for wandering spirits who dont want to move on. it realeses a scream that has the ability to slow down the mechanics of time. When it moves, it is so fast it is unable to be seen by the naked eye. so it appears to be perfectly still.

Well, Mostly Default event pokemon really. Like Reds Team from Hg/ss or g/s ALL EVENTS. like snorlax and lapras, including a pikachu that gives another example on how red is better than ash. but all pokemon that i mainly use are events like that. really because they are in my opinion, effective and efficient. And non ubers [ exept maybe the main legandary ]. You can see my current team on my profile. As for Trainers, Red And Hilbert. Mainly because im writing a graphic novel about red and hilbert stoping the three regis and Momma gigas [lolwut] from tearing open the very fabric of the demensions. Sounds Stupid the way i just explained it but it is a lot better than how i explained. But yeah as far as those two go, they be boss.
