Bu- but... I'm a super active lurker! Kidding aside, I do hope to be actively posting soon.

I thought you would become super active. :(

That's true. I've been bunny hopping around due to my extreme lack of time to devote myself to doing anything else aside from work. I can't even have the luxury of watching the new anime for this season. I did watch the first two episodes of Tamako Market - it's pretty good.
How about you?

We've not talked in awhile. How are you?

I've been on certain anime forums and Guilty Crown had a lot of negative feedback during the first half of the series then it went downhill as the second half started. I personally liked the first half while the second half is just bearable. Nevertheless, the whole series is still entertaining. It just depends on your preferences, I guess. The ending is sad to some extent since there are losses involved, but the buildup to get to that point is kind of lacking.
You'll probably love the song that's going to be played during the last scene of the final episode. That particular song is now a favorite of mine. But overall, Guilty Crown has some of the best OSTs from My Dearest to Euterpe, etc. The second opening song is also nice so look forward to it!

Oh, jesus. Nevermind then, haha.
I'm only three episodes in but I love it already. The music is some of the nicest I've heard in an anime before. Hiroyuki Sawano is a talented man. I hear the ending is really sad, though? From what I've read online, people 'cried at the heartbreaking ending' or something like that. I hate sad endings. All the feels.

It's an anime adaptation of the light novels that covered the first 4 volumes. There's like 11 volumes available at the moment so there's still a lot of room left for another season. Fans from all over the globe are pleading for a second season.
Guilty Crown. That anime got me waiting every night just to watch the latest episode. The music is nice and the characters are drawn by redjuice. I can't say that I'm happy with the ending though. It was going smooth until the second half.

One season was twenty-five episodes? That's kind of unusual for an anime adaptation of a light novel, isn't it? Or is it not a light novel? I know it's a novel of some sort, but oh lord the ambiguity. x___x; Yeah, I'll definitely give it a try. I usually give an anime only two or three episodes to get me hooked, which is odd because most anime deserve more than that before they get good but I tend to get distracted from anime all too easily so I drop them and forget about them completely... Oh well, as long as it's relevant and interesting I doubt I'll get bored. :b
Have you ever given any thought to Guilty Crown?
-
Yeah, it stopped at 25 episodes. The final episode aired last week so it's still fresh. There's a high chance that we'll be getting a second season though since the novel still goes a long way. I enjoyed the anime and a lot of people who watched the show can vouch for it. Try the first five episodes and see if you'll like it. The first few episodes is a collection of side stories but it's pretty relevant to the actual story so it's not a filler.

Oh, wow, it's already over? That's a little discouraging, as I was hoping to avoid spoilers completely while at the same time finding a moment or two to watch the anime before it ended so I wouldn't be completely behind the hype... Oh well, that's unfortunate, but I'll still give the anime a try, haha. It is worth it, right?
