Yeah, the only problem is that it happens so fast that it requires a slight delay inbetween each set. I did it with an applymovement on the player with the only movement being delay0. Is there another way to delay the next line of a script?

I like that analogy, bar bite haha sounds nice. I could see that on your signiture: "tajaros' bar bite tutorial" sounds good!

You mean those hex numbers are measurements for pixels? So 0x2E would be 46 Pixels huh?

And by what you're saying like a closing curtain that is vertical rather than being horizontal. It's like bar bite lol.

Good find anyways, I only wish It has it's own thread... :/ Dr.Fuji merged it with the Quick Research thread... :/

Hey tajaros, I found the "cutscene" script you posted where you can make it look like a movie and when I tried it, it didn't look right. So, I played with the numbers and learned something. The number you write to offset 0x4000044 is the pixel edge of the top of the bottom black bar and the number you write to offset 0x4000045 is the pixel edge of the bottom of the top black bar.

For example, if I wrote 0x60 to 0x4000044 and 0x2E to 0x4000045, the top bar would be 2E pixels thick and the bottom bar would stretch from pixel number 60 (from the top) to the bottom.

So, by having a bunch of writebytetoooffset commands, and increase the numbers each time, you could essentially have the bars fade in. Cool huh?
