Aw it's Gedo Senki, one of my fav movies of studio ghibli.
It's really deep and difficult to understand for people who don't like "deepness", but otherwise it's just incredible.

I love dragons but in the pokemon world I just can't see them as a type or element xD like, they represent other elements, such as water, air, fire, and earth (etc)

Yup is kinda hard and takes time for normal people to gain strenght and flexibility.
I train almost everyday, so that's true. One week out and you're not as strong as before.
