I used to get sick only rarely, but lately I've been coming down with really awful stuff on roughly a yearly basis. I had some really bad bacterial respiratory infection about two years ago that was so bad I could barely breathe, and last year I had a really bad intestinal infection. Luckily they were both treatable by antibiotics and went away within about a day once I started, but those were really rough. Hope I don't get anything bad this year.
Sounds horrible! If I was you, I'd eat tons of seed and fruit based foods. Maybe throw in some smoothies or yogurts. Like Yoplait has some pretty tasty grub. Oh yeah, do you have tiny white marks on your fingernails? It can be caused by simply tapping something with your nails or not eating healthy.
Lay off the fried food and the deliciousness of junk food! xD
