January 8th, 2013 03:54 PMoutfoxThat's cool. I do that every so often, but never have I read anything in a sitting. I have difficulties with reading; I find myself reading sentences over and over because I don 't comprehend them the first time. It's frustrating, even during conversation I've gotten so used to pretending that I'm following logical points when really my mind is chasing rabbits elsewhere.
Always! Eh well I try to be :p
Now it's gone ;( but I sure do love the rain. I just hate drivers on rainy days. Today everyone was going 35mph in a 55 on my way to work. I got pretty road-ragey. It's just some rain, we 're not driving around the edge of a cliff during a hurricane. >:I
January 8th, 2013 10:01 AMGideon JeremiahI normally just Google pdf's & read them in a sitting, I don't exactly "have" to reread anything, so I just keep what I like on my eReader.
Well aren't we a happy person :-D!
I want to go sing in the rain! :O
January 8th, 2013 09:55 AMoutfoxAwesome! Do you purchase pdfs or find them somewhere for free?
Sounds good :D
n__n Well, I won't fight you on the issue, but I know what I feel in my heart and you can't change that! >:) ooh thunder. I love thunder.
January 8th, 2013 09:51 AMGideon JeremiahOh no need to inconvenience yourself, I'll just grab a .PDF :3
We can compare ideas about it!~
Ohhh I'll fight you on that ^///^
You as well Ms. ^_^.
January 8th, 2013 09:40 AMoutfoxperhaps i could send it to you when i finish, if you're down with that. thank you! You are lovelier. Always a joy to see a message from you!
January 8th, 2013 09:32 AMGideon JeremiahI have not yet read it, but I would certainly love to.
Thank you for sharing; if its any consolation, you seem lovely to chat with .
January 8th, 2013 09:27 AMoutfoxInformative. I didn't retain much of what I read though, I didn't even finish it. I have been meaning to ask you: have you ever read a book called Chamalu? it's brief with big font, but full of wonderful shamanistic philosophies, my most favorite i've read so far being the idea that spreading love is like planting a seed. Let me find the exact quote: The best way to receive love is without expecting anything in return; to love is to plant seeds. The harvest isn't immediate. What's important is to enjoy the planting, not to be thinking of future harvests.
I found that to be really helpful to me. I had spent the day prior to reading that going about as usual, treating others the way i'd want to be treated but receiving ****** attitudes in return. This frustrated me like it never had before, and I never toot my own horn but that particular day I wasn't having it. I'd felt I'd been nothing but loving and welcoming and nurturing to everyone i meet, that i didn't deserve to get walked all over and stuff, and the very next day i opened Chamalu and read that line and it put me in my place :p just thought i'd share!
January 8th, 2013 09:08 AMGideon JeremiahHaha, I suppose.
How did you enjoy it?
That sounds like when you ALT-switch your regional language.
Well, here's hoping it gets fixed soon .
January 8th, 2013 09:07 AMoutfoxApprenticeship is key! We all have to be taught at some point, right? I'm sure Jim wasn't a born crafting genius :p
She is a 'brilliant woman! Believe it or not, I found 'that book at the grocery store.
please excuse any errors in this message :( all my computers are totally effed up as of now. The one i 'm using now has a messed up keyboard and screen. I have to press the backlight button on and off every three seconds in order to see, and the "p" button doesn't work, and almost every key i press gets another letter or mark caught up in it, so it took me probably four times as long to type out this message than it normally would. I'm gonna have to grin and bear it for awhile as I can't afford to fix my stuff at the moment. :( I'm relieved the quotation key doesn't get pressed with the space bar anymore xD
January 8th, 2013 07:01 AMGideon JeremiahOh no, grandpapa Jim helped me for years until I actually could do anything on my own~
That is gorgeous! :D
Note; An Edith Hamilton fan are we? .
January 7th, 2013 10:47 PMoutfoxThat's so great! I can't wait to see them all. I'm still in shock about you having made the one you showed me. What a fine skill!
Check this out:
Bottom left is my favorite cameo. It's purple in the middle with a beautiful frame that holds blue and purple rhinestones. I wish you could see the detail, it's not a very good shot. I took that photo a long time ago, can't remember what for...but if I ever find my camera I'll show you a better pic :p
January 7th, 2013 02:02 PMGideon Jeremiah.

Oh my goodness!!! Did you know I collect cameos? It's so beautiful, I'm in love with it. Your grandmama will be so happy!
And off to hell where I will be chopping up thousands of vegetables. I exaggerate my dislike for my job, but I really hope I get to wait today :p Talk to you soon!
January 7th, 2013 01:59 PMGideon JeremiahTranslation: Thank you very much, miss outfox~
You won, haha.

Okie dokie .
