South Carolina, actually. I've seen and heard of some pretty white trash stuff happening around where I went to school. In high school there was this story of a dude who smashed his own truck's windshield in with a rock and ate the glass because he found out his girlfriend was cheating on him with a dude who had a bigger truck.

One of the other high schools in the area celebrated their After-Prom by going into the parking lot and revving their trucks in unison. That was the school that the girl who got married went to.

XD you must come from the south. There is no other explanation for that. Although the stereo type isn't entirely dominant there are 2 categories that consist of the majority in the south that I dislike and you just named one of them.

At least you don't have to listen to people talk about how they went "huntin' with their 'boes"

You're smarter than the people I graduated with. One of them got married because she was pregnant and their wedding gifts included
    >a baby goat
    >tinted windows for their trucks
    >having his truck lifted to, and I quote, "perfect muddin' height"
    >ammunition
The wedding pictures were amazing. All of the bridesmaids had matching camo purses and the groom wore a camo hat and a camo tie. They had an open bar which was actually just a cooler full of Pabst Blue Ribbon, and their cake was made from boxed cake mix.

Couldn't hurt to figure out if it would be good or not. If you dislike it then you'll know and if you like it, then it was a good experience regardless. But if you'd rather wonder if it'll be good then do so XD but don't follow my advice, I'm just a meager HS student

I dunno. It's not as degrading as it sounds, but I'm worried that down the line I'll regret not going to college.

That doesn't sound bad at all then. If you don't mind it, I don't see anything wrong with it.

Ah, that's true. To be honest, I'm content cleaning for as long as they'll have me. The pay's pretty good, I have a lot of fun doing it, and I get to hear some great old people stories.

Well it is just a high school course. Don't let the experience rule out the possibility. You said it yourself "The thing about picking a career is it eventually boils down to "Do I want to have fun or make money?" it's more important to have fun than to earn more money."

I make more cleaning sinks than I would doing either, so I'm not really looking forward to those careers. I took a few culinary classes in high school and it was fun, but I hated every moment of it and didn't even finish the 4th semester because it made me violently angry. Half of the class came from backwards country-ass schools in the middle of nowhere, so the pace was constantly very slow so they could keep up and we didn't end up learning much. We all pretty much just crammed for tests and prayed.

XD I'm curious as to if you would still go for either culinary arts or theater.
