I know it is ahaha :p even cutting back on meat as much as I have makes me feel so much better, it's hard to even begin to describe. I just feel healthier and even happier, but I'm picky to begin with so I can't limit myself too much by choice, y'know? But it's so much fun coming up with vegetarian recipes that are creative and yummy, and I feel so much better when I eat a veggie meal than something with meat.
It may eventually become full on vegetarianism though, at the rate I'm going. I used to eat a lot of meat but lately the quality of meat has just gotten worse. I keep biting into bones and gristle whenever I try to stomach it, it's so nasty. I don't get how I ever thought things like burgers and chicken were good, lol.
I can't say I'm a vegetarian because I do still eat stuff like pepperoni once in a while but... for the most part I hate meat, I only eat it about once every two weeks! So, I can't say I am but for the most part, I guess I just have vegetarian tendencies :b
