They'd didn't suck. They took Ash down WITH them. It was awesome. Besides, i think they're supposed to be spies this time around.
Have you read ANYTHING about Team Plasma? I expect them to freak Ash out to the point he has to take his mom's advice and put on clean underwear.

They have still have mechs, and they did get their butts kicked. They jsut weren't epic fail. They were mutually assured failboat.

No, I heard from a friend. Yeah, because they didnt battle. They dont have any pokemon now, so they attacked him strickly with a mecha. No blasting off, only tail between legs retreat for now.

I'm torn. I originally was going for Smugleaf, but knowing Mijumaru evolves into a samurai im torn. Pokabu evolves into Ganonpig. No way. For grey I'll be using my HGSS team (well, technically clones of them) so Typhlosion there.
Also, did you see the first two eps of BW? Team Rocket was MODERATELY SUCCESSFUL. Holy sh**!

I completed the National Dex, I understand your feelings. But they have said that it's Darker and Edgier and from what I can see, it is. So approval. PLus, the fact that many peoples nostalgia goggles were obliterated by playing the game gives me hope.

I've changed my point of view though, it seems the gameplay and everything else about the game. And plus, an interview with game freak actually stated they INTENTIONALLY tried to make them look as little like Pokemon as possible as part of their "Let's take this to the adults for once" strategy.

Meh, I can do without most of the new ones. Stephen Colbeagle is ok though.
