What I need is to be able to place a person event with the tree texture and have it automatically have the script implemented, just like it does on a clean ROM, without needing to define its offset in advanced map. Do you know how to do that?

You mean the script that runs when you try to cut down a tree? Just copy it from FR and compile it straight into your ROM to a new free address. Then use that as the script address of the tree.

I'm not sure if this would be "scripting related," if it is then tell me and I won't bother you any further. In JPAN's Engine, tree cutting has been erased, do you know how to return its behavior byte??
PS: I love the Mikachu in Shining Opal, still working on beating that. Amazing game!!!!
