In hindsight though, I think you are right, your previous VM-related infractions inclined me to chose the infraction over a warning. So yeah, I'll overturn it, it's true that there are worse things than spamming someone's profile with a song. But, when someone trolls you, please just report that person and be done with it. If I you are talking about who I think you are talking, we have already dealt with them , so provoking him, even with a playful spam, will lead nowhere.
Ah but it was not meant as trolling, more as a joke. I have been trolled through VMs numerous times by other members who even went as far as calling me offensive names in his VMs to other people. With the amount of times one user in particular did it, he should have gathered up enough infractions that he should have been banned. Yet he's still here. It honestly feels like I'm being picked on here just because of my track record. I have asked numerous people on MSN, including an ex-staff member, and all of them agreed it was not infraction worthy, one person even said they were given a warning VM when, looking at their conversation before, I haven't seen them do anything wrong either. It was not at all meant as trolling and I do not think it was something infraction worthy at all. There are people who have done far worse than simply posting song lyrics on someone's profile.
You started it out of the blue, he hadn't provoked you before on VM's (in fact, he had been talking to that very morning so he wouldn't cause trouble anymore), and undesired constant VM spam is as annoying as anything else. It's not just "posting a song".
Also sorry if there are any typos, I can't see what I'm writing.
