i have a way of making pikachu following u
(im making a hack callled pokemon colosseum:advance ,and if youve ever played colosseum youll know a girl follows u)
its a pretty good idea if u ask me
but it would mean this:
no fishing
u would have to make the trainer sprite bigger
basically u have to make pallet towns movement permission view (four) which is surf
or:
u would have pikachu follow u before you even obtained it! wierd!
