    yah well, I already tried that tool but it doesn't give me the proper offsets of the Hoenn PKMN...

    Well, from what I'm hearing you say, I think you wanna edit cries so from here Loading's tool will do you good, rather then finding the offset for a pokemon.

    His tool comes in EliteMap, PokeCryGuUI

    Ah, sorry... Uhm, lemme check... try &H452580. I found it in pokeroms.ini

    Or you can also do it the hardway with loading's tool if that doesn't work

    Yeah, why not? You'll have to edit the routine that generates its random value so its much like shiny hack except you're not going for shinyness.
    This may help, I'll see what I can do.
