    I'm plan on watching Clannad, never heard of Kanon though.

    But if you really want to watch another cry-worthy anime, I recommend you Kanon(2006 edition) and Clannad.

    ...I love blood-filled anime. :D But I'm more into the sword slashing type of blood-filled. I'll look into Higurashi. \o/

    Nope, the opposite. It's a murder mystery anime. It's actually really good, if you ignore the fact that it is blood-filled.
