We don't know... it starting freezing up constantly whenever he would go online (and less frequently even when he didn't). I took a look at it but I couldn't find any spyware or anything rogue that would be causing it, so it's probably a hardware issue (he uses one of those laptop cooling pads with it so I don't think heat is an issue). Fortunately I don't have to share my computer with anyone... I just have to worry about having a usage cap on my internet.

It's an hour long show, and though it's a series the episodes aren't really linked... they profile a different scam artist each time but some of their tricks are very interesting... like the guy who rolled into a town and scammed the local church and its members out of thousands of dollars, or the one who gave out financial advice on the local news while conducting his scheme...

Both of them can be quite laggy at times and it 6 of us and you know how that turns out? Life is hard sometimes xD

I watched the first one with my friends and I thought it was really long. They were convincing me it was a series but the first one was very long. For me at least. But since it's confirmed for me at least that it's a series I guess I have to watch the rest. They obviously thought it was boring, but I didn't. And I guess not all teenagers are boring lol

You fared better than my brother, who had to drop $300+ on a new laptop today (OUCH!) and found out his printer isn't compatible with WIndows 8... as a side note I HATE the new Windows 8 interface... But I am getting kinda lonely on here since nobody else has been talking to me lately and I really don't have anything to post about...

Well it's not actually a movie, it's a series that profiles real life scam artists. I find it interesting since I have a college degree in finance and I find the criminal justice system to be an interesting topic of discussion.

I'm afraid there's been no updates regarding these games, just the bizarre and sometimes ludicrous speculations of the peanut gallery. I swear, some of the ideas presented by people about what these games should have are downright ridiculous. I think it's coming out in October, so about a year since B2/W2, which is not enough time IMO. But at least you don't have to pick it up right on release date. And frankly, that female trainer is the ONLY thing I'm liking about it so far... that grass starter looks like it belongs in the Happy Tree Friends webseries, and I never really cared for that one... The other two ain't much better.

My brother said that once he buys a 3DS XL, I can get his old 3DS... of course with him having to buy a new computer, he's been set back on that goal a bit xD I'm actually borrowing it now in anticipation of Fire Emblem Awakening which I'm supposed to get from Amazon sometime next week.

Soooooo, we got it fixed. It's all okay now. It was just with the battery and some other things that I was obviously too ignorant to know about. I actually tried replying from my phone last week then the battery died and I just lost motivation xD

Oh I love American Greed. It was a pretty awesome movie when I first saw it

So, is there any new news on the games. January is over and it's already February which means I have to make a decision soon. October. Or was is November could be here any time. And I did get my friend to GIVE me her 3DS. She said she doesn't want it anymore and the new games will probably suck lol.

Hmmm... Check to see if the computer cooling fan is running... if it is you might need to buy one of those cooling pads. If the fan's dead, I think you'll have to end up replacing it... maybe replace that charger as well since it seems to be overheating too. My brother is still having issues with his computer... I took a look at it the other day but couldn't find anything wrong; I'll look at it again when he's web surfing on the weekend to see if it's the browser that's causing his to lock up.

I did see Annie (I think in school way back when), but there's a whole bunch of movies that I haven't watched that most people would think everybody has watched... there's plenty of movies I haven't seen, lol... I've come to prefer anime... or shows like American Greed. Ever seen that? Once they did a special on Bernie Madoff's life behind bars, lol

Ok car chase movies. Idk about those but the prequel to Monsters Inc.: Monsters University is going to be released this year. Wonder what it's gonna be like. I'm actually watching Annie right now as I type this. Orphan Annie. No car chases but amazing music. I think youve obviously watched it. It's a pretty old movie but yeah

Ok other than Pokemon is there anything else? Like, uh, have you ever heard of Tumblr? Or do you have one? You can like make your own website using it. It will obviously end with .tumblr.com but most of the people on there are teenagers who just post and reblog pictures with scattered picture web themes. People have many different interests like anime and stuff. I suggest you check it out. It's fun I guess.

Ah laptop troubles... I had to replace mine a few weeks ago and my brother told me today HE'S having trouble with his locking up and running slowly... hope he doesn't have to replace his too... He wants me to take a look at it next weekend; hopefully I can fix it for him as I've had to get rid of viruses and malware off it in the past.

Okay, but I really do like my movies with cars (see my username). Either cars or anime cuties lol. I'd be willing to bet I'm the only person to write Pokemon related stories that involve car chases xD

Same here (then again I said the same thing about W2 and ended up getting it, despite the presence of my most hated and the most overrated character in the franchise). Of course the difference is this time around I'd have to buy a system in addition to just the game. And my budget is tight enough as it is:/ And quite frankly, I've given up on the X/Y section of the site now. It's very little information and way too much people speculating and throwing out random ideas, 90% of which are horrible ideas that I hope DON'T make it into the game.

Well, actually in the Hinger Games, the Us is divided into districts and each year a member or two is chosen from each district to go into battle of death. Only one person is standing last. Plot twist: two end up actually winning xD Wasnt a very good explanation but people die cos of bows and arrows and shabaz. Look up the plot on wikipedia. It's really great and the sequel Catching Fire will be released this year.

Yeah and about the games 50 50 chance I won't get them. I stopped just reading about it and yeah. So, if you find out anything new, tell me. I like spoilers just not thread spoilers lol

I think the problem is, there isn't anything that really excites me on the movie or TV front, and the music has gone downhill... The most recent movie I watched was Skyfall, the latest James Bond one. That movie you mentioned... are there lots of car chases and stuff exploding in it?

I know I'd rather have actual 3-D instead of that fake battle scene 3-D like they attempted in the 5th gen games (3-D and sprites do not mix). I'm not sure how moving around in the world is gonna work this time around either. I'm hoping for some more gameplay videos to see exactly how that's going to be pulled off. I'm actually kinda disappointed that we're getting it at the same time as the Japanese... I like to have Pokemon games come out there first so I can get a feel for the actual game and whether they're worth picking up. This time around, I feel like I'm jumping in blindly if I do get them...

Still sorta confused about these new games. I just hope in months to come I will get more reasonable exceptions (or vice versa) to buy these games. The 3D is growing on me. Its actually not that bad. Pretty ok, it's just the idea of navigation that scares me. Playing the games will be so different. Like, the way you would see things hasn't really changed from gen 1 to 5 except for a few places in gen 5.
