For some reason it isn't letting me log in, and I usually can repair it, but it's not letting me even repair it; something with Windows Mesh not being permitted to update due to some program I can't identify. I may shut down completely this evening then try to repair it again in the morning.
Not a problem, I realized that my wording might have led to confusion. Even so, I'd suggest if someone else other than you gives the correct answer, there is still no problem with that as long as it's the correct answer. That's just me though.
I have started playing the real Emerald during your vacation (not playing the emulated version I patched CrystalDust from). I'm being reminded how the maps are set up on that and it seems the most elegant starting Route setup that I've seen in the official games. I haven't checked the last city's map yet (after the broken bridge), but I am yearning for a western exit somewhere in order to let the map go back around in that big blank area. It would be neat seeing the entire shoreline, I think, and it could create more Surf and maybe even some Dive possibilities with the deeper water. That's for later, tho.
It's all right, I just don't want you preempting me on answers. Even though I'm on vacation, I like coming back to have questions I can answer in the evening. You were also doing it while I wasn't on vacation, so...
Also, the way you worded it, it sounded like you were saying that I was working on both at the same time and I wanted to clear up any confusion.
What I meant was that you have two hacks on the go and that the next Shining Opal beta is more likely to come before the next CrystalDust beta. That was my use of the word "concurrently", saying that both are currently in development at the same time, not necessarily that you're working on both at the same moment (that could be confusing obviously if that were the case).
Also, I was trying to ensure the question was answered as I know you are on vacation, I'm just trying to help field questions I CAN answer.
