    I've never tried editing the graphics myself, so I don't know...

    All that was around that area was a brown square. >:

    Delete the yourhackname.gba.spr and the yourhackname.gba.pal in the same folder as your ROM.
    Then navigate to about the place where you inserted the hack and look around there.

    Hey dude, one last question about the Ruins of Alph thing. Sorry for annoying you so much about this by the way, it's appreciated.

    Do you know the location of the images used in the puzzle? Mastermind says it can be found in unLZ GBA, but where, do you know?

    Ahh, that's because I didn't realize that he also left out another part:

    push {r0-r4,lr}
    mov r0, #0x8
    mov r1, #0x0
    ldr r4, address
    bl bx_r4
    pop {r0-r4,pc}

    bx_r4: bx r4

    .align 2
    address: .word 0x0807F690 + 1

    And now I see that sonic1 fixed his routine (and included that part too). Ah well.
    Also, the problem with your script is that you have to add one to the offset that you inserted the routine to make it load correctly.

    Thanks, it compiled, though it appears the script itself isn't working.

    And it's to display the animation (wavy screen, pokeballs, black shapes, etc.) that shows before you go into battle in FireRed. it doesn't work though >:

    That message basically means that the "mov r4, #0x0807F690+1" command is too big to fit in that space. What sonic1 meant to do was this:

    push {r0-r4,lr}
    mov r0, #0x8
    mov r1, #0x0
    ldr r4, address
    bl bx_r4
    pop {r0-r4,pc}

    .align 2
    address: .word 0x0807F690 + 1

    Make sure that the last line of the file is blank or else you'll get that "end of file not at end of line" message, which doesn't affect anything but is annoying.
    Also, may I ask what this is for?

    Hm, I dunno. By the way could you help me on one more thing? In the Simple Questions Thread, sonic1 gave me this asm code.

    push {r0-r4,lr}
    mov r0, #0x8
    mov r1, #0x0
    mov r4, #0x0807F690+1
    bl bx_r4
    pop {r0-r4,pc}

    However, when saved as a .asm and tried to be compiled in cmd, it gives me the error: "warning: end of file not at end of line; newline inserted
    error: invalid immediate: 134739601 is out of range
    error: value at 134739601 too large for field of 2 bytes at 6"

    Do you know what I could be doing wrong? Thanks again for your epic help dude :D

    That's odd, because I used HxD for that and it worked fine...
    Glad I could help though.

    Apparently, every single 00 byte has been changed to 20...
    Redownload it from Mastermind's website and make the modifications again.

    So you put the entire "text file" plus the modifications into 0xEC0000?
