Now, the DS games are sometimes hard to rip. As ripped tiles are expected to look... Well, good and insertable. The Game Machine looks a bit blurred looking, and has a too thick outline, so would need a better rip, I think. The outline of the Goods Shelves is too dark, the glass counter thing at the bottom right looks a little blurry from here (probably just me). The rest seem fine. It only seems to be the colours (or outlines) for most of them.
Did you use a Tilemap tool to edit the RAW file? If not, that is what you need to do (The Raw file is normally, in unlz, the one after the titlescreen, when on it, go to Save RAW, or whatever. Open it in NTME, then you should be able to edit it. Also, use APE to edit the pallette, if needed.)
