Similar for myself too... don't go to work much more than once a week during uni and during break I often go whenever I can/am needed.

Because of uni, once, twice maybe three times a week. Because of uni, I don't get a lot of hours. :(

Well arguably in the end they ended up 'paying' for it, hmm... sounds like it was fun though, heh.

How often do you work there anyways?

Yeah, haha, when I'd ring them to check for price matching, I'd be like "sup, dude. I'm stealing your sale, alright?" and the other guy would be like "dammit maddy, you'll pay for this one day!!"

Haha no, EB is too big to fall out anytime soon. I hope.

Hmm, sorta interesting that you knew each other despite being rival stores, heh.

It is a lose-lose situation for all, really. =( Ah well, I guess EB isn't going anywhere soon though at least?

It did, yeah. It sucks because we knew the guys at game and they were pretty cool and they were out of job. ):

It did disappear somewhat quietly, didn't it? I only knew about its troubles because of a friend who is very up to date with game stuffs.

Didn't think they would. At least there's the credit thing but that's a lame substitute for it imo.

No, they weren't refunding anything. I think you could use credit in store but they were not giving anyone their money back for anything.

Daaaaaang. That's a lot of waste. If it was just before they went under you'd think theye would have had the decency to tell them it isn't worth preordering. =/

Hmm, maybe. Haha, Game; heard they couldn't afford to stock various games before that, they were in so much trouble.
