I don't really see the point of doing that. As long as they update it, it doesn't really make a difference. I'ts a minor inconvenience, but making it a rule means we have to enforce it, and I don't feel comfortable telling people how they have to manage their own threads as long as they're readable. As long as the updated version is easy to access, it's fine with me. Besides, you should read or at least skim the thread before rating, so it should be seen by you. Oh, and their is the possessive form of there/their/they're, not there.
PS: If I ignore your suggestion the first time, that doesn't mean repost it. That's just a tad bit irritating and doesn't make it more likely of being taken. Quite the opposite.

Hey Anti, you should really make a rule / or at least tell people to fix there first post when during rmts instead of posting literally another team in the same thread.

You should really put somewhere that instead of reposting a gigantic team as a revamp in an RMT, you should just edit the first post or if you're trying out other pokemon, just post it and ask how others think ._.

SADLY I NEED CAPS, nah not really, I just like caps, it's easier to draw, but why is the PC server down anyways?
And...I got another question as well, but will you actually answer it or ignore it like everyone else does?

gah sorry if that went all essayrant on you, but yeah, if you don't want to read it all:
It would make a terrible log because the match wasn't competitive/exciting, and everybody knows you beat me already so the "cool I beat member X" factor has already worn off.
January 11th, 2009 11:50 PMAnti
Why would you log that match? It was a terrible battle and you know it: I played terribly and you played well (translation: you thoroughly outplayed me). Everything was clearly one-sided, there was nothing particularly interesting about the battle, and the minute Cacturne came out and swept half my team (damn you, Cacturne!) you knew it was over. Besides, you can't forget I was literally half asleep and that was a test team and one of my first UU matches ever
I'm not going to trash the legitimacy of your win, because you beat me fair and square, but you know as well as I do that the only thing that would be attractive about that log was the opponent you beat. If you're going to log a battle with me, it need to be:
a) Close, competitive, etc.
b) when both players at least play "okay"
c) an exciting match (good predictions and stuff like that)
d) this one is optional, but teams both players are comfortable using
In other words, DON'T log that battle. Everybody already knows I lost because of my public frustration I showed when I woke up from my golden slumbers, and that about takes away the only appeal of posting such a one-sided and frankly humiliating battle on my end.
